There's a 3rd part to that sign above the main gate into Disneyland.
"Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy".
How many people do you know who live in a world of fantasy? These people have gone beyond those who live in tomorrow; in their minds they have created a fantasy world - a "fantasy island" (if you can recall that TV series.) These people have removed themselves so far from reality that they may as well live on another planet. But these people believe that their fantasy world actually exists and they spend their lives as though they were there right now! To them, it is no fantasy.
These people are most to be pitied because they are almost beyond help, such is their perception of reality. They can no longer tell the difference between light and darkness, truth and falsehood and are, therefore living in the realm where Satan is most active. Maybe that's why the Apostle Peter said of the devil, "he goes around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour" (1 Peter 5/8)
Disneyland is a fun place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
P.S. If our Christian faith is not the truth but a hoax, then we are of all people most to be pitied because we are then living on our own "fantasy Island". Now there's a thought for today!!
